Delivery & Collection Policy
Studio Collection
Orders may be collected from our studio at:
12 Alexander Street, Mount Gambier
Collection hours:
Monday: 10.00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Please ensure collection occurs within the selected timeframe.
Local Delivery
Delivery Days:
Monday – Friday
Deliveries are completed via scheduled morning and afternoon delivery runs.
While we do our best to meet requested delivery timeframes, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery timing is dependent on order volume, staffing, and daily capacity.
For time-sensitive deliveries (including funerals or special circumstances), please include details in the Delivery Notes section at checkout.
If we are unable to meet a requested delivery timeframe, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, including studio collection where appropriate.
Regional & Out-of-Town Deliveries
Delivery Days:
Monday – Friday
24hrs Notice is required for all regional deliveries
Deliveries outside the local area are fulfilled via third-party courier services.
Delivery timing is outside of our control and typically occurs in the afternoon.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing and handling transfers to the courier.
Couriers may leave deliveries unattended if no one is available to receive them.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, handling, or placement once the order has been dispatched via a third-party courier.
PLEASE NOTE*
We only offer delivery to Kalangadoo on Thursdays.
Delivery Exclusions
We are unable to deliver to the following locations:
Carpenters Rocks, Eight Mile Creek, Kongorong, Racecourse Bay, Donovans, Nelson, Nene Valley, Blackfellows Caves, German Creek, Canunda, Burrungule, Wandilo, Dismal Swamp, Mingbool.
If your delivery address falls outside our delivery zones or is not listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location:
Metro: $15
Outer Suburbs: $20
Western Victoria: $25
*Prices subject to surcharge during peak seasons eg. Mothers Day, Valentines Day etc.
