Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers,

we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

Fresh Flowers & Arrangements

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, including clear photos.
  • All concerns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.


Flower Longevity

  • Flower longevity varies depending on season, variety, weather, and care once received.
  • We cannot guarantee flower lifespan once the order has left our care.
  • Please refer to our flower care instructions issued with all flowers bought at Flower St Florist, for correct care & maintenance. 


Delivery Issues

  • Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery details, unattended deliveries, or external factors such as weather.


Cancellations

  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced, however we are able to adjust delivery dates as necessary. 
  • Orders cancelled prior to preparation may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
  • Wedding and event orders are subject to separate terms and conditions.


Non-Perishable Items

  • Non-perishable items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned unused and in original condition within 7 days.
